1. Develop accurate 3D models and shop drawings for industrial projects, specializing in steel storage tanks, supporting structures, roof platforms, access ladders, and equipment skids using Tekla Structures.
2. Tank Roof Structure: Creating rafters, tie beams, and curved beams for tank tops.
3. Platforms & Walkways: Designing walkways around tanks using contour plates and walkway beams.
4. Access Systems: Modeling cage ladders and, at times, ship ladders for vertical access.
5. Skids/Modules: Detailed modelling of structural skids for oil & gas projects.
6. 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models of steel structures, including tanks, platforms, and skids.
7. Component Detailing: Model roof platforms, walkways, handrails, and cage ladders, ensuring compliance with design specs
8. Fabrication Drawings: Generate GA (General Arrangement) drawings, assembly drawings, and shop detail drawings for fabrication.




9. Connection Design: Apply steel connections (splice, shear plates, bolted/welded) for platform beams and tank components.
10. Component Utilization: Use specialized Tekla components like Ladder (S35), Cage Ladder (S60), and Railing tools.
11. Software Proficiency: Robust experience in Tekla Structures (Advanced Steel is sometimes acceptable).
12. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AISC, AWS, or related design standards.
13. Drafting Knowledge: Ability to interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications.
14. Experience: 35 years in structural steel detailing (specific experience with petrochemical, Oil & gas refenaries, or storage tanks is highly valued)
