We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-focused Telecaller to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, explaining courses and programs, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain academic courses, programs, admission procedures, fees, and other relevant details clearly.
- Understand the student's educational requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and admissions.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the academic counselling and admissions team.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and admission targets.




- Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and follow-up activities to the management team.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and qualified telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of academic courses, admissions, or the education sector.
- Ability to convince, counsel, and engage students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
- Prior experience in the academic/education sector will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
