Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Having 9 to 12 Years experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Robust expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data modeling.
Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).




Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend enhancements.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
