Role Description The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer negotiations.

Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and leveraging multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract qualified IT professionals. The Specialist will conduct structured interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment data,



providing regular hiring updates, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills for sourcing and engaging qualified technical talent.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills for managing end-to-end hiring processes from requisition to onboarding.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability and support selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and social recruiting strategies is beneficial.
- Prior experience hiring for software development, IT infrastructure, or other technology roles is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
