Qualification (Mandatory):

- B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Chemical / Mechanical)
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Chemical / Paints / Polymer Diploma candidates are not eligible

Candidates currently working in R&D; & interested in field technical roles can apply

Role Overview: Astral Adhesives is looking for Technical Services Personnel to provide field-level technical support, product application guidance, and customer query resolution across multiple regions. The role involves customer interaction, site visits, demonstrations, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:





- Visit customer sites and applicators to demonstrate correct product application.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection, usage, and performance.
- Resolve technical complaints and field issues related to adhesives and sealants.
- Conduct product trials, mock-ups, and training programs
- Coordinate with Sales, QC, and R&D; teams for feedback and issue resolution
- Prepare site visit reports, technical notes, and quotations
- Support new product introductions through field trials

- Robust understanding of adhesives / sealant applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset
