We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Client Servicing – Key Account Management professional to join our team.

n

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing key clients, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and driving projects from brief to successful execution.

n

Note: Candidates with experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, BTL Activations, Mall Décor or Corporate Events will be preferred.

n

Key Responsibilities:n

? Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.

n

? Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.

n

? Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

n

? Coordinate with Creative, Design, Production, Operations and Vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution.

n

? Develop and present concepts, presentations, proposals and solutions to clients.

n

? Manage multiple client requirements and projects simultaneously.

n

? Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals, approvals and ongoing projects.

n





? Drive client satisfaction and maintain solid relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

n

? Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

n

? Coordinate project handovers and ensure smooth communication between the client & execution teams.

n

? Maintain project trackers, client updates and regular follow-ups.

n

? Support the team in achieving business and client servicing objectives.

n

Requirements:n

✅ 4 – 6 years of experience in Client Servicing / Key Account Management.

n

✅ Experience in the Events, BTL Activations, Mall Décor, Corporate Events or Advertising industry is highly preferred.

n

✅ Solid client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

n

✅ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

n

✅ Ability to understand client briefs and provide effective solutions.

n

✅ Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams.

n

✅ Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

n

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

n

✅ Comfortable using AI tools for improving productivity and presentations.

n
