- Design and update curriculum, lab manuals, and e-learning resources.n

- Conduct independent and collaborative research in emerging technology domains.n
- Publish at least 2 papers in reputed journals/conferences; contribute to patents and applied projects.n
- Pursue funded projects and industry collaborations.n
- Guide students in projects, dissertations, and internships.n
- Support career development, placements, and entrepreneurship initiatives.n
- Encourage participation in hackathons, coding competitions, and innovation cells.n
- Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA).n




- Participate in departmental committees and institutional events.n
- Organize seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.n

nQualifications

- Education: M. Tech in relevant discipline (Ph.D. preferred).n
- Experience: At least 5 years of Teaching/research experience desirablen
- Industry exposure advantageous.n
- Strong subject expertise in technology domains.n
- Effective communication and presentation skills.n
- Research aptitude with ability to integrate industry trends.n
- Familiarity with academic compliance and accreditation standards.n
