Technical Lead / Solution Architect – Power Platform, AI & Microsoft Foundry

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to define enterprise architecture and technical standards across Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, MCP, and Microsoft Foundry . The role will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions, business process automation, enterprise integrations, and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and establish enterprise architecture, solution design standards, and best practices across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, MCP, and Microsoft Foundry .
- Lead the architecture and solutioning of AI agents, agentic workflows, business process automation, and AI-powered applications .
- Design scalable and secure solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Azure services, and Microsoft Foundry .
- Define architecture patterns for MCP-based integrations and AI agent orchestration .
- Lead Microsoft Foundry orchestration for AI models, agents, tools, and enterprise use cases.
- Design and govern enterprise integrations , APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Establish security, identity, access control, compliance, and governance standards for AI and low-code solutions.
- Develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, development standards, and technical accelerators.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, technical leads, and engineering teams.




- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, POCs, and technology evaluations.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, reliability, performance, security, maintainability, and cost optimization .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and enterprise architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, low-code/no-code, and agentic capabilities across business functions.

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise architecture.
- Solid experience designing and delivering Microsoft cloud, Power Platform, and AI solutions .
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, or equivalent AI orchestration platforms .
- Exposure to MCP and agent-to-tool integration patterns .
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, integration, and architecture principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
