About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can research, understand, and communicate complex topics across cybersecurity, compliance, technology, and related domains.

The role involves creating high-quality, original, research-driven content across long-form and digital formats. The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting in-depth research and developing content that demonstrates genuine understanding and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and create whitepapers, technical documents, case studies, SEO blogs, LinkedIn articles/posts, and other long-form content.
- Conduct independent research using credible sources and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Translate complex cybersecurity, compliance, and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
- Develop content based on industry trends, regulations, customer challenges, market developments, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with SEO, Marketing, Design, and Technical/SME teams to develop relevant and impactful content.
- Create SEO-friendly content while maintaining depth, originality, readability, and technical accuracy.




- Work with internal SMEs to extract technical insights and convert them into high-quality content.
- Edit, proofread, and fact-check content to maintain accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of skilled experience in technical writing, B2B content writing, technology content, or a similar role.
- Proven experience creating long-form content, especially whitepapers, case studies, technical articles, industry reports, or thought-leadership content.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills with the ability to produce original, insight-driven content.
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, structure, and storytelling.
- Ability to understand complex technical subjects and communicate them effectively to both technical and business audiences.
- Good understanding of SEO content principles, search intent, and content optimization.
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, IT, compliance, or B2B organisations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
