We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to own the written content that helps customers, partners, and internal teams understand and get the most out of halofort. The role spans internal product documentation, customer-facing product help content, blog articles, and social media, and works closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to turn technical detail into content that is explicit, accurate, and consistent with halofort's voice.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain internal product documentation, including process notes, feature summaries, and reference material used by product, engineering, and support teams.
- Write and maintain customer-facing product help content including user guides, how-to articles, FAQs, and release notes.
- Plan and write blog posts and articles covering halofort feature updates, product announcements, and topics across device management, identity and access management, and network security.
- Draft and schedule social media posts that support product launches, feature releases, and company announcements across platforms.
- Work with product managers and engineers to understand upcoming features ahead of release and translate technical detail into audience-appropriate content.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and formatting across all halofort content,



in line with established documentation and style guidelines.
- Review and edit content from other contributors for grammar, clarity, and accuracy before publication.
- Repurpose existing documentation into shorter formats for help articles, blog posts, and social content.
- Stay current with halofort's product roadmap and with broader trends in device management, identity, and network security to keep content accurate and relevant.

Must Have Qualification:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical writing or technical content writing, ideally for a software or SaaS product.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background or working knowledge in at least one of the following domains: device management software (MDM/UEM), identity and access management (IAM), or network and security.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills, with close attention to grammar, structure, and consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers to gather and verify technical information.




- A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating a range of technical documentation, blog, or content writing work.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple content types and deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.

Preferred Qualification

- Prior experience writing about or working alongside MDM/UEM, IAM, or Zero Trust and network security products.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and terminology.
- Experience maintaining a public-facing documentation site or knowledge base.
- Working knowledge of basic HTML or Markdown, and exposure to version-controlled documentation workflows (for example, Git).
- Prior experience writing for social media or managing a content calendar for a product or company page.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles.
