Key Responsibilities

- Own system architecture, converter/inverter topology selection, and product specs from customer requirements

- Guide design/test teams on power, analog, and digital circuit design, simulation, and validation

- Deliver BOM, block diagrams, schematics, PCB documentation, and test reports (HRD, HDD, ATP, DVTP, RCA, WBS)

- Drive design optimization for performance, cost, and manufacturability

- Ensure compliance with industry standards (DO-160G, MIL-STD, IEC) as applicable

- Lead technical presentations/proposals and mentor junior engineers

Must-Have Skills

- Power electronics engineering background

- Buck, Boost, Flyback topology simulation

- Component Selection, BOM, Schematic Design

Valuable to Have

- DC/DC, AC/DC, PFC, DC/AC inverter, motor control experience

- High-voltage/high-power converter design

- Magnetics design (HF inductors, SMPS transformers)

Domain exposure: aerospace/medical/defense/automotive/industrial
