Role Description The Team Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Team

Manager oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates workloads, and ensures that team members meet performance, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers. The role involves mentoring and developing team members, conducting regular reviews,



and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.

The Team

Manager also supports reporting, documentation, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated team leadership and people management abilities, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Experience in operations management or supervision within industrial, manufacturing, or machinery-related environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage time-sensitive activities in a quick-paced industrial setting.
- Proficiency with basic office software and reporting tools; familiarity with industrial processes or equipment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, industrial management, business, or a related field preferred.
