Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage employee life cycle from hire to retire, ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, exit formalities, final settlement, and HR operations.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders including employees, managers, recruitment teams to ensure smooth talent acquisition and management processes.

- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Provide guidance on HR best practices to team members and support their professional development.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.

- Robust understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire-Retire).

- Proficiency in handling Onboarding, Offboarding, Exit Formalities & Final Settlement processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
