Team Lead – Program Management (Last Mile)

What will you do?

- Drive Last Mile programs focused on rider supply, reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Work with Last Mile Operations, City Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Growth, and Supply teams.
- Analyse rider supply, onboarding, attendance, utilisation, delivery productivity, and cost metrics.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scorecards.
- Identify operational gaps through data analysis and root-cause analysis.
- Create action plans to improve rider availability, reduce delivery delays, and optimise manpower costs.
- Lead pilots, process improvements, automation initiatives, and incentive optimisation programs.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process guidelines.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Support rider sourcing, engagement, retention, and reliability initiatives.




- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace.

Are you who we are searching for?

- 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Last Mile Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, or delivery operations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of rider supply operations and delivery performance metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel across cities or operational locations, whenever required.
