Position Hiring: Team Lead / Biomedical Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Service Support: Responsible for timely resolution for equipment malfunction, troubleshooting and repair of Biomedical Equipment.
- Monitoring of Team activities.
- Responsible to maintain TAT .
- Capable of prioritising and monitoring the job till final closure.




- Be capable of working independently and leading a team of Engineers and Technicians.
- To identifying the weak area of his team and plan for the improvement of the same.
- Develop presentations and provide training / instruction to engineers in team.
- Coordinate with service OEMs for breakdown, calibration and collection of service reports.
- Capable of providing training to end users on equipment operation, maintenance procedures and process related to upkeep of equipment.
- Key Account/Customer Relationship management: Responsible for building and managing key customers as well as building and strengthening customer relations by timely follow up and support to the customers.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/ Medical Electronics/ Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication, and Instrumentation.
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.

- Experience: 5 Years+
- Expertise in the repair, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment.
- High level of customer focus and valuable communication skills with a pleasing personality.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to create and manage their own schedule.
