Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandausi.

The Team

Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned teams, including task allocation, workflow management, and performance tracking against defined targets and service-level agreements. This role involves coaching and supporting team members, conducting regular check-ins, and providing feedback to maintain quality and productivity standards.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, facilitating training for new and existing staff, and helping maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, people management, and performance monitoring in an operations or BPO/outsourcing environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and workflow coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions, constructive feedback, and stakeholder updates.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving operational issues and improving processes.
- Comfort with using productivity tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems; familiarity with US-based business processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandausi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred; prior supervisory or lead experience strongly beneficial.
