We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – IT Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, team handling, client management, and end-to-end hiring delivery .

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of IT Recruiters and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT technologies and skill sets.
- Interact with clients to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Translate client requirements into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Allocate requirements to recruiters based on skill sets and experience.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, offers, and joining ratios.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve recruitment performance.
- Ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and performance reports.




- Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, recruiters, and candidates.

? Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment

✅ Prior experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership

✅ Strong Client Management & Stakeholder Management skills

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Robust understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes

✅ Experience with bulk hiring and multiple client requirements

✅ Ability to work under targets and meet tight hiring timelines

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
