Key Responsibilities
- Support the talent review and succession planning process
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key talent metrics such as attrition, internal mobility, and high-potential pipeline health
- Support the creation of talent dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews
- Assist in benchmarking talent management practices and researching industry best practices
- Help facilitate focus groups or pulse surveys to gather employee insights on growth and development needs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
