We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sweans.

Location: Kinfra Techno Park, Calicut

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

I want to explain this role properly because this is not a typical HR position.

Our hiring has grown to a point where we need someone whose primary focus is recruitment. This is a recruitment-only role — no payroll, employee relations, or general HR administration.

You’ll own the hiring process end to end: from understanding the requirement and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing positions.

You’ll work directly with me and our hiring managers across India and the UK, typically managing 6–10 live positions at a time.

The roles will be varied, covering technology, digital, commercial, SaaS, and specialist positions across India and Europe, including hiring for our own products such as Euverify.

What I’m looking for

- 4–7 years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience
- A proven track record of roles you have personally sourced and closed
- Experience hiring across technology, digital, SaaS, or professional services
- Strong sourcing skills — not someone who primarily depends on inbound applications
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri,



and ATS platforms
- Excellent English communication and professional fluency in Malayalam
- Comfortable working directly with UK stakeholders and with afternoon to early evening overlap
- An MBA in HR or MSW is welcome, but not essential

What matters most to me is the quality of hires you’ve made and your ability to own the recruitment process independently. Why this role is different

You won’t be stepping into an established recruitment function and simply following an existing process.

You’ll have the opportunity to build the recruitment function from the ground up — shaping the sourcing strategy, improving processes, building talent pipelines, and establishing how we hire as the company grows.

You’ll have direct access to me, a explicit recruitment mandate, and ownership of the results.
