We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment. This role focuses on managing end-to-end hiring, sourcing solid technical talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Recruit for technical roles including Software Developers, Data Engineers, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps,



and Full Stack Developers.
- Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communication, offer negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience hiring across multiple technical skill sets.
- Solid candidate screening and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
- Experience with ATS / recruitment tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources / HR Management or equivalent.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
