About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Noida, Sector 62. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing candidates. This is a great opportunity for an early-career recruiter to sharpen their sourcing skills and build strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned open positions, from requirement gathering to offer roll-out.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Share regular updates and reports on hiring status with hiring managers and the HR lead.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with employer branding activities and campus/walk-in drives as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business specialization preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
- Comfortable working from the office in Noida, Sector 62.
Good to Have
- Experience recruiting for [IT / Non-IT / Sales / your domain] roles.
- Exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
