Youll work closely with leadership to drive hiring for key technical roles ( .Net, Angular, React, Python, Data science etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding
- Source top talent using job portals, social media & skilled networks
- Conduct screening calls & schedule interviews
- Coordinate with panels and maintain candidate databases
Skills Needed: Strong knowledge of IT roles & hiring trends
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Email, and Internet tools
