- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Production, Quality, and Maintenance functions.
- Support campus hiring initiatives for ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech freshers, including institute coordination and recruitment drives.
- Build talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure timely closure of positions, improve joining ratios, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring MIS/reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate with hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a manufacturing setting, with proven expertise in hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other technical roles.
- Experience in campus hiring for ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech freshers, along with strong stakeholder management and workforce planning capabilities, will be preferred.
