We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with strong exposure to Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Experience in Contract, C2H, and permanent IT hiring.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in C2H and Contract hiring.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work 5 days from office in Bellandur.Role & responsibilities
