Location - Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience - 6 Months 1+ Year

Working Days - 6 Days a Week | 2nd Saturday Off

Salary 12K Inhand Rest Depending upon interview and experience

Job Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with around 6 months to 1+ year of experience to join our recruitment team in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the complete recruitment process for Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct initial HR screening/interviews to evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Assist with offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate records,



recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Meet recruitment targets and defined TAT/KPIs.

Required Skills

- 6 months 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Basic experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex is preferred.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
