Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain on-premises servers (HP, Dell) and cloud servers

Administer and support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and overall network security

Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, GPOs, and permissions

Manage Endpoint security and backup tools

Administer DNS, DHCP, IIS, Office 365, and Windows Update services

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems

Manage SAN storage and perform capacity planning

Configure and support site-to-site VPNs

Monitor system and network performance using monitoring tools

Perform regular system backups, patching, and security updates

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Ensure system security, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness





Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role

Robust knowledge of HP and Dell server hardware

Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V

Experience configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls

Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS

Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments

Knowledge of SAN storage solutions

Experience with site-to-site VPN configuration and troubleshooting

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Site24x7, Zabbix, SolarWinds)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
