Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage and maintain our organisation’s IT infrastructure, servers, cloud networking, security, and Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain internal/on-premises hardware servers, storage, backups, operating systems, and related infrastructure.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sofos Firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, network access, and monitoring.

Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security policies, and access management.

Manage AWS and GCP networking services, including VPC/VPC networks, subnets, routing, VPNs, security groups/firewall rules, DNS, and connectivity.

Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, security, and capacity.

Manage user accounts, permissions, authentication, and access controls across internal and cloud environments.

Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.

Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, cloud, and connectivity issues.

Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.

Apply security updates, patches, and best practices across servers, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, and endpoints.





Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, networking, cloud, and software-related issues.

Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams when required.

Required Skills

Solid hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Server administration.

Good understanding of networking concepts — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, VLANs, firewalls, NAT, etc.

Experience managing Sofos Firewalls.

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Experience with server backup, monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of IT security, identity/access management, and least-privilege principles.

- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.

Good to Have

Working knowledge of AWS and GCP networking.

AWS / GCP certifications.

Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications.

Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, security-conscious, and capable of managing infrastructure independently. Since this is a small organisation, the person should be comfortable wearing multiple hats rather than focusing on only one area of IT.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
