Sustainability Research & Communications Associate

Remote · Part-time · Stipend-Based · ₹14- 20,000/month in-hand

Studio Green Blue is an independent sustainability and building advisory practice working across ESG, carbon strategy, energy performance and green building certification, including BREEAM, LEED and EDGE.

We’re a small, early-stage studio, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the founder and gain exposure to both research and real client-facing work.

What you’ll work on

? Research across ESG frameworks, carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3), BREEAM/LEED/EDGE and building performance

? Developing content for LinkedIn, Instagram and client-facing materials

? Supporting reports, proposals and case studies

? Organising research, coordinating tasks and tracking outreach

? Supporting live projects as they come in

Who we’re looking for

You might be a good fit if you have:

- A background or robust interest in sustainability, architecture, environmental science, ESG or a related field
- Strong research and writing skills




- The ability to work independently and stay organised remotely
- Coursework, certifications or personal projects related to sustainability — a plus, but not essential

We’re less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who is curious, reliable, proactive and genuinely interested in sustainability.

⏱️ 15–20 hours/week

? ₹20,000/month stipend (in-hand)

? 3-month initial engagement, with possibility of extension
