Key Responsibilities

Surveying & Data Collection

- Execute field surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and structural locations using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and digital levels.

- Establish control points and benchmarks in office to guide construction layouts.

- Process survey data and map field measurements into CAD or GIS software.

- Conduct as-built surveys to verify that completed work matches design specifications.

Civil Engineering & Site Supervision

- Translate design blueprints and survey data into actionable on-site layout markings.

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings.

- Monitor structural quality and ensure materials meet project specifications and safety codes.





- Resolve structural anomalies or discrepancies between architectural designs and actual ground conditions.

Project Management & Collaboration

- Collaborate with project managers,architects, and subcontractors to streamline workflows.

- Maintain survey equipment through regular calibration and proper field storage.

- Prepare progress reports, earthwork volume calculations, and material estimates.

- Enforce safety protocols and environmental guidelines across the construction site
