Role & responsibilities:

1. Hospital Supply & Surgical Support

- Supply medical implants to hospitals based on approved requirements and scheduled surgeries.
- Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams to ensure timely availability of required implants.
- Attend and provide product support during surgeries whenever required.
- Ensure all required implants are identified, arranged, and available before attending the surgery.
- Handle medical implants carefully and ensure proper product identification and stock control.

2. Consignment Stock Management

- Maintain and regularly monitor consignment stock placed at hospitals.
- Conduct periodic physical stock checks at hospitals and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damaged products, or discrepancies and report them to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment and stock movement as required.
- Ensure proper utilization, movement, and control of consignment inventory.

3. Delivery Challan & Documentation

- Prepare the Delivery Challan (DC) after supplying implants to the hospital.
- Obtain the signature and acknowledgement of the authorized hospital representative on the Delivery Challan.
- Collect and maintain the duly signed Delivery Challan after completion of the supply.
- Submit the completed DC book / documents to the warehouse team for stock entry and reconciliation.
- Ensure all supply-related documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline.

4. Stock & Inventory Coordination





- Ensure all supplied implants are properly recorded in the stock management system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability, replenishment, and product requirements.
- Reconcile hospital consignment stock with system records and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain proper records of hospital supplies, implant movement, consignment stock, and returns.
- Support periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation activities.

5. Compliance & Process Management

- Follow company procedures for implant handling, hospital supply, consignment management, and documentation.
- Ensure all required records and documents are maintained accurately.
- Ensure timely submission of Delivery Challans and other supply-related documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper control of company and hospital-related information.
- Perform other hospital supply, warehouse coordination, and operational activities assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile:

- This role does not have a fixed working time. Working hours may vary depending on hospital requirements, surgery schedules, and implant supply needs.
- Experience: Prior experience in medical device / implant supply, hospital coordination, surgical support, inventory management, or healthcare sales will be preferred.
- Other Requirement: Willingness to travel and provide support at hospitals and during surgeries as required.
- Education: Diploma / Graduate in any relevant discipline; medical or life-science background will be an added advantage.
