Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and maintain SCM and inventory-related data accurately and on a regular basis.
- Handle day-to-day activities related to Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management.
- Track inventory levels, movements, and availability, and maintain relevant records.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for SCM and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate procurement, purchase, and inventory records and documentation.
- Analyse SCM and inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring attention.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to support SCM decision-making and operational planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for data collection, updates, and other SCM-related requirements.
- Provide timely data and reports to the SCM team as required.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of all SCM and inventory records.
- Support the SCM team in maintaining proper documentation and smooth execution of routine processes.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies related to procurement and inventory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in SCM, inventory management, procurement, MIS, or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and analysing operational data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet regular reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory and procurement processes will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
