We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a background in solar and infrastructure EPC projects to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, vendor coordination, and inventory management to ensure timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end supply chain for solar and infrastructure EPC projects.
- Oversee procurement of materials (solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, civil materials, etc.) and services.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including stock handling, storage, dispatch, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock maintenance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with project teams across multiple sites to ensure material availability.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project deadlines.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in supply chain management in Solar and/or Infra EPC projects.
- Strong procurement, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Excellent coordination skills for multi-site operations.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in solar EPC / infra project supply chain.
- Familiarity with project planning, logistics optimization, and cost control.
