Enterprise Architect – Digital Transformation

Role Overview

n

n

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and drive enterprise-wide architecture

n

n

strategy aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on digital transformation initiatives,

n

n

business-IT alignment, and governance of the enterprise technology landscape.

n

n

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in defining and implementing enterprise

n

n

architecture strategies, working closely with senior business stakeholders, and leading large-scale

n

n

transformation programs.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n

• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategy aligned with organizational business goals

n

n

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate business vision into technology

n

n

roadmaps

n

n

• Lead digital transformation programs including application modernization, cloud adoption, and

n

n

platform optimization

n

n

• Develop target-state architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains

n

n

• Drive enterprise architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and

n

n

standardization frameworks

n

n

• Establish and monitor architecture KPIs to measure effectiveness, compliance, and business impact

n

n

• Lead application portfolio rationalization and modernization initiatives

n

n

• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools aligned with enterprise

n

n

strategy

n

n

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise policies

n

n

• Provide architectural guidance for complex business problems and strategic initiatives

n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n

Enterprise Architecture

n

n

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture strategy and execution

n

n





• Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF

n

n

• Experience in defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and target-state models

n

n

Digital Transformation

n

• Proven track record in leading digital transformation programs

n

n

• Exposure to application modernization, microservices, and API-driven architectures

n

n

• Experience with cloud transformation initiatives (AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments)

n

n

Business Alignment

n

n

• Strong ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives

n

n

• Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders

n

n

• Exposure to business architecture, capability modeling, and operating models

n

n

Architecture Governance

n

n

• Experience in architecture governance frameworks and ARB processes

n

n

• Exposure to application portfolio rationalization and architecture compliance

n

n

• Ability to define KPIs and measure architecture effectiveness

n

n

Technology Landscape

n

n

• Knowledge of contemporary technologies including:

n

n

o Cloud computing

n

n

o APIs and microservices

n

n

o DevSecOps

n

n

o Data and analytics platforms

n

n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n

• Experience in domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Telecom, or BFSI

n

n

• Knowledge of EA tools such as LeanIX, ArchiMate, or equivalent

n

n

• Exposure to data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau

n

n

• Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI (good to have)

n

n
