Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate/business support roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and HC Business Partners on hiring strategy and market insights.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
- Drive candidate experience, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Ensure ATS (Greenhouse) data integrity and recruitment process compliance.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of non-tech recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and results orientation.

Work Structure:

- Contractual role (1 year, third-party payroll).
- Hybrid model: 4 days in office (Gurugram).
