Roles and Responsibilities :

- Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert counselling to students and parents based on their academic profile, eligibility, career goals, and overseas education aspirations.

- Understand student requirements and guide them on suitable countries, universities, courses, and admission pathways.

- Conduct counselling through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, addressing student and parent queries effectively.

- Drive student engagement through regular follow-ups, telecalling, and relationship management throughout the counselling and admission journey.

- Assist students with the overseas university application process, including document verification, application requirements, and timely submission.

- Provide accurate information on university admission requirements, application procedures, and relevant study-abroad processes.

- Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, university programs, admission criteria,



and application processes.

- Respond to student queries within 24 working hours and ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive communication.

- Maintain proper records and update student information in CRM and other systems as per Y-Axis processes.

- Work towards achieving individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of counselling and customer service.

- Adhere to Y-Axis systems, processes, and protocols to ensure consistency, compliance, and service excellence.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in career counselling or related field (educational sales/student counseling).

- Solid knowledge of immigration procedures for studying abroad programs.

- Excellent communication skills for effective inside sales calls with clients from diverse backgrounds.
