About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Mentor to support students throughout their learning journey. The role involves building solid relationships with students, monitoring their progress, addressing concerns, improving student retention, and supporting the admissions process for higher-level courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and provide regular guidance and support.
- Identify students who are ready to progress and encourage them to enroll in next-level courses.
- Follow up with students regarding course continuation, renewals, and upgrades.
- Collect student feedback, Google reviews, testimonials, and success stories.
- Monitor and maintain student attendance and examination results.
- Identify students at risk of dropping out and implement appropriate retention and engagement strategies.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Organize student engagement activities to improve participation, motivation, and learning experience.
- Work closely with academic, admissions, and other internal teams to support overall student growth.
- Prepare regular reports on student progress, attendance, engagement, retention, and other relevant metrics.
- Share updates and reports with management as required.
- Take proactive initiatives to improve student satisfaction and overall learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and student-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple students and follow-ups effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in student mentoring, counselling, customer support, admissions, sales, or education/EdTech is an advantage.
- Ability to understand student needs and handle concerns professionally.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on student retention and course progression.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
