Qualifications & Education

- Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Experience & Background

- Required: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling (Revit Structure).
- Preferred: Prior experience working on US-based structural engineering/construction projects (awareness of basic US codes and drawing standards).
- Preferred: Understanding of light gauge steel framing, structural steel design, or steel detailing. (Optional)

Software Proficiency

- Required: Autodesk Revit (Structure), Autodesk AutoCAD
- Preferred: Bluebeam Revu (Optional)

Key Responsibilities & Soft Skills

- Create accurate 3D structural Revit models, detailed drawings, and documentation from structural designs/sketches.
- Proficient written English communication for cross-team and project collaboration.
- Robust team player with a solid interest in BIM workflow and structural modeling best practices.
