✅ Manage New Program Sourcing, RFQs & Supplier Nomination

✅ Drive Localization & Resourcing Strategies

✅ Lead Cost Reduction, VA/VE & Productivity Projects

✅ Develop Suppliers for Quality, Cost, Delivery & Capacity

✅ Ensure Commercial Closures & SOP Readiness

✅ Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, Production & Korea HQ

Qualifications

- Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and supply chain management in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Experience in supplier evaluation, MCR & cost analysis, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Knowledge of quality systems, production processes, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and ERP or procurement systems to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural setting and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Understanding of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices in line with corporate social responsibility standards.
