Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

- Check materials for physical damage and report discrepancies to the Stores In-charge.

- Arrange and store materials systematically in designated locations.

- Issue raw materials, consumables, tools, and other items to respective departments based on authorized requests.

- Maintain proper stock records and update material transactions in the system/register.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and support monthly/periodic inventory counting.

- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and bin location of materials.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Stores In-charge about shortages.

- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, stock registers, and other store documents.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments regarding material requirements.





- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.

- Maintain 5S and good housekeeping in the stores area.

- Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Support loading, unloading, shifting, and movement of materials whenever required.

- Perform any other stores-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of stores and inventory management.

- Knowledge of material receiving, issuing, and stock handling.

- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and ERP/HRMS/Inventory software.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Good numerical and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of 5S and workplace safety.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
