Role & responsibilities

- Warehouse Operations & Material Control - Manage inwarding of material, including GRN, and raise/amend Purchase Orders. - Oversee billing of material and warehouse-related transactions. - Prepare logistical routes whenever required and oversee dispatch activities. - Handle spare parts returns and coordinate picker/dropper manpower. - Conduct physical verification of spares, chemicals and accessories.
- Vendor, Repair & Scrap Management - Prepare reports and bill defective spares to vendors for generation of credit against warranty spares. - Dispatch spares for repair and refurbishment processes. - Handle invoicing of scrap material.
- Inventory Availability & Reporting - Check spares availability across India and assist the team in arranging spares based on availability. - Share day-to-day stock availability reports covering stock-in-transit, spares in hand and POs not cleared by vendors. - Prepare reports on stock billed and logistics, including billing and dispatch. - Prepare other operational reports as required.
- Administration & Team Management - Act as the administrative head for warehouse operations. - Handle a team of approximately 6-7 manpower.
