Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Pharma Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day storeoperations, inventory, stock movement, and proper storage of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the pharmaceutical store.
- Receive, verify, and properly store medicines and medical products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock movement.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare stock reports and maintain required documentation.
- Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and follow company SOPs.
- Minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and expiry-related losses.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
- Support dispatch and order fulfillment activities.

Qualification




- Any Degree / B.Pharm / D.Pharm preferred
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical stores, inventory, or warehouse operationswill be preferred.

Skills
- Positive knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage stock records and documentation.

Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical store, medical warehouse, inventory, or related field preferred.
