NRole Summary
nWe are looking for an IT Support / IT Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in providing day-to-day IT support to users and maintaining IT systems and devices.
NThe role will primarily involve troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, network, and user-access issues, along with supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues. N
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT devices. N
- Format systems,



installand configure Windows OS, applications, drivers, and required software. N
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues and coordinate repairs/replacements when required. N
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, email accounts, and other IT equipment for recent employees. N
- Manage user accounts, passwords, system access, and basic Microsoft 365 administration. N
- Troubleshoot basic LAN,Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues. N
- Support Active Directory and basic Windows Server administration. N
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and records of issued devices. N
- Perform system updates,software installations, backups, and basic security checks. N
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, networking, and other IT-related issues. N
- Ensure IT issues are tracked and resolved within the required timelines. N
