- Serve as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the SAP Activate Methodology N
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications N
- Map service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processes N
- Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments N
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support N
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as SAP CPQ and SAP S/4HANA Sales for seamless business process execution N




- Support master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementations N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutions N
- Ensure adherence to SAPbest practices and compliance standards N
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration points N
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing N
- Identify opportunities for AI infusion into solution implementation N
