Job Overview - AutoCAD Draughtsman– Event Management & Exhibition Design We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our Event Management and Exhibition Design team. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, event layouts, stage designs, and exhibition booth plans using AutoCAD software. The role involves working closely with event planners, designers, production teams, and project managers to transform creative event concepts into exact technical drawings that can be executed on-site.

Create 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for event layouts, stage setups, and exhibition booth designs.
Develop floor plans for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
Convert creative concepts from designers into accurate technical CAD drawings.
Prepare site measurement drawings and installation layouts.
Maintain organized CAD files and project documentation.





Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Certification or strong experience in AutoCAD.
2–4 years of experience in event design, exhibition design, interior design, or architectural drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D)
Strong spatial visualization and layout planning skills
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender for event visualization
Experience with exhibition stand design or stage design
Understanding of lighting layouts and AV setup drawings
Event floor plans and seating layouts
Electrical and lighting layout drawings
Installation and production drawings
Collaboration with creative designers, event planners, and production teams
