Team Member - Distribution Centre (DC) Operations Network Strategy Analyst
n
Role Summary
n
Support distribution network optimization, supply chain modelling, and Digital Twin initiatives by analyzing network performance, evaluating scenarios, and generating insights that improve flow, resiliency, and cost efficiency.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Analyze distribution network data, DC capacity, and product flow across the supply chain network.
n
- Support network modelling and scenario analysis for expansion, optimization, and service improvement initiatives.
n
- Evaluate cost-to-serve, transportation, inventory, and service-level impacts of network decisions.
n
- Develop and maintain Digital Twin models for DC flow and resiliency analysis.
n
- Validate model outputs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
n
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for network performance and business value realization.
n
- Support model refreshes and updates related to network changes, new DCs, and evolving flow patterns.
n
- Document modelling assumptions, methodologies, and operating procedures.

n
Role Summary
n
Serve as the functional expert for network strategy, distribution modelling, and Digital Twin solutions. Drive advanced analytics, optimization initiatives, and governance for network flow and resiliency programs.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead network modelling activities and validate optimization scenarios across distribution network.
n
- Design,
enhance, and maintain Digital Twin capabilities supporting flow, resiliency, and capacity planning.
n
- Provide recommendations on network design, service levels, transportation costs, and inventory optimization.
n
- Develop advanced simulation models and scenario planning methodologies.
n
- Establish baseline KPIs and value realization frameworks for Digital Twin initiatives.
n
- Drive continuous improvement and identify digitization and AI-enabled automation opportunities.
n
- Maintain model governance, documentation standards, and knowledge repositories.
n
- Mentor analysts and provide technical guidance on modelling best practices.
