Tech Lead – Full Stack (Azure / .NET / React / Python) About Product A cutting-edge, cloud-native platform built to manage complex, high-volume document workflows with speed, security, and scalability. Our mission is to empower enterprises with intelligent document management solutions that drive efficiency and innovation powered by AI/ML. Role Overview - As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagship - product. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, high - performance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure. - This is a hands-on Lead role where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering best - practices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using .NET, React, Python, - and Azure PaaS. - Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs and - implementation plans. - Own code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery for the team. - Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development. - Implement scalable and secure Azure cloud components aligned with defined architecture. - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.



- Participate in design discussions and provide technical inputs for solution improvements. - Guide and mentor developers within the team, promoting best practices, clean code, and - security standards. - Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. - Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution. Required Skills & Experience - 6–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead or senior - developer role. - Robust expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices, React.js, and Python. - Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience implementing Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, Data - Factory, Kubernetes, etc.). - Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY) and common architecture - patterns (microservices, layered, event-driven). - Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide a development team through technical - challenges. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with onshore teams to - deliver high-quality products. Nice to Have - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform). - Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms or B2B applications. - Experience with PDF document processing, OCR, or AI/ML integrations.
