We are looking for a creative, proactive, and independent Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support the creative requirements of multiple brands.
We need someone who can understand a requirement, think creatively, suggest ideas, take ownership, and deliver strong visual output without needing step-by-step direction.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

Social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms
Static posts, carousels, infographics, stories and campaign creatives
YouTube thumbnails and podcast creatives
Festive, event, exhibition and occasion-based creatives
Catalogues, artwork mockups and marketing collateral
Internal creatives such as birthday posts, new-joiner creatives, HR posters and ID cards
Artwork resizing, adaptations and design corrections

Video Editing

Create and edit Reels and short-form videos
Edit promotional, event and social media videos
Add text, subtitles, transitions, music and basic motion elements
Repurpose existing footage into engaging content
Adapt videos into different formats and platform sizes

Creative Thinking & Planning

Understand the objective behind a brief and develop suitable creative directions
Bring fresh ideas and concepts to the table
Research visual trends, references and creative inspiration independently
Suggest better approaches rather than only executing instructions
Contribute ideas for campaigns, content and special occasions
Take ownership of creatives from concept to final execution

Multi-Brand & Creative Support

Work across multiple brands with different visual identities
Maintain brand consistency across all creative output
Manage multiple creative requirements and priorities
Support ad-hoc and time-sensitive design requirements when needed
Organize and maintain creative files,



assets and reusable templates

Collaboration

Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, HR and internal teams
Coordinate with the dedicated Social Media resource on upcoming content requirements
Be open to feedback while also confidently sharing creative suggestions
Take initiative, communicate clearly and work as a team player

What We’re Looking For

Strong creative and visual thinking
Good understanding of typography, layout, composition and branding
Strong social media design sense
Good video editing skills
Independent thinker with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to take the lead on creative execution
Good attention to detail and time management
Ability to handle multiple brands and requirements
Proactive, solution-oriented and open to experimentation
Comfortable using AI and up-to-date creative tools to improve quality and efficiency

Tools

Comfort with tools such as:
Canva Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and AI-based creative tools.
We provide access to paid tools including **Canva Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Magnific and other AI tools.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong freshers with an impressive portfolio, good creative thinking and the ability to work independently may also be considered.

Portfolio

A portfolio is mandatory and should ideally showcase a mix of:
Social media creatives, carousels, Reels/video editing, campaign creatives, thumbnails, event creatives, infographics and other design work.

Role Clarity

We have a dedicated Social Media resource responsible for content planning, captions, scheduling, publishing and platform management.

This role will primarily focus on creative ideation, graphic design, video editing and visual execution while collaborating closely with the Social Media and other internal teams.
