Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements and priorities.
- Present qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer details when required.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.




- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruiting or US staffing.
- Strong understanding of US IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting candidates for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data, QA, Business Analysis, and other IT positions.
- Familiarity with employment types such as W2, C2C, and Contract-to-Hire.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or other sourcing platforms.
- Experience working with an ATS/CRM.
- Prior experience in an IT staffing or consulting company is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
