Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with radiologists and reporting doctors regarding pending, urgent, and delayed reports.

- Follow up with doctors regularly to ensure reports are completed within the required turnaround time (TAT).

- Communicate with patients/centres regarding report status, report availability, and expected delivery time.

- Coordinate with different diagnostic centres and branches regarding pending reports.

- Maintain a proper daily report-pending and follow-up record in Excel.

- Escalate delayed or urgent reports to the Reporting In-Charge/Management immediately.

- Make calls and send messages to radiologists/doctors for report follow-up as per company protocol.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and reports.

- Ensure proper coordination between the reporting team, radiologists, technicians, reception staff, and centre in-charges.

- Prepare daily/weekly reporting status and pending-report summaries for management.

- Handle calls professionally and maintain positive communication with all doctors, staff, and patients.

- Perform any other reporting-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
