Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute data migration activities for the SAP implementation.
- Work extensively with LTMC / SAP Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.
- Prepare migration templates, mapping specifications and transformation rules.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation and loading.
- Work with functional teams to understand master and transactional data requirements.
- Execute mock migration cycles, SIT/UAT migration, dress rehearsal and production cutover loads.
- Validate migrated data and perform reconciliation between legacy and SAP systems.
- Troubleshoot migration errors and data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with functional, ABAP, Basis and technical teams.
- Prepare migration documentation and support go-live/hypercare activities.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 812 years of SAP data migration / conversion experience.
- Robust hands-on LTMC / Migration Cockpit experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data.
- Experience with multiple mock migration cycles, reconciliation and cutover.
- Implementation project experience is mandatory; predominantly support experience is not preferred.
Good to Have
- SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMOM, S/4HANA migration experience and large-scale transformation programs
